Giveaway Rules:
- Eligibility: a. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years or older and residents of the United States. b. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Firkin Podcast LLC (“the podcast”) and its sponsors are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Method: a. To enter the giveaway, participants may complete any number of the following tasks to earn points toward the drawing: i. Subscribe to the podcast. ii. Visit our website homepage. iii. Follow the podcast on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube. iv. Collect a set of secret codes mentioned in the podcast episodes. b. Participants must complete at least one task to be eligible for the giveaway. c. Any incomplete, late, or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
- Duration: a. The giveaway promotion will start on July 17, 2023, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time. b. The giveaway promotion will end on August 27, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. c. Entries received before or after the specified dates and times will not be considered.
- Prize Description: a. The prize consists of a set of 2 four-day passes to Bourbon and Beyond 2023. b. Bourbon and Beyond is scheduled to take place from September 14 to September 17, 2023, at the specified location.
- Winner Selection: a. The winner will be selected through a randomized drawing from all eligible entries. b. The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the end of the giveaway promotion. c. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Notification: a. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. b. The winner’s name will also be announced on the podcast. c. The winner must respond to the notification and provide a valid mailing address within 7 days of the drawing. d. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
- Prize Delivery: a. The prize, consisting of the four-day passes, will be mailed to the winner at the provided mailing address. b. The podcast will cover the costs associated with shipping the prize to the winner. c. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other alternative.
- Publicity: a. By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow the podcast to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway. b. The winner’s name and likeness may be used in podcast episodes, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Privacy: a. All personal information collected from participants will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of the giveaway. b. The podcast will not share or sell any personal information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- General Terms: a. The podcast reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or tampering with the entry process. b. The podcast is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may occur during the entry period or prize selection process. c. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the podcast, its sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the giveaway or the prize.
- Event Cancellation and Acts of God: a. The podcast and its sponsors take no liability or responsibility in the event that Bourbon and Beyond 2023 is canceled, postponed, or modified for any reason. b. In the case of event cancellation or changes, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond the podcast’s control, the podcast and its sponsors will not be held accountable. c. The podcast and its sponsors are not responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred by the winner or any other participants as a result of event cancellation or changes.
